Applying from Abroad

With our team hailing from over a dozen different nationalities, we accept international applications and provide relocation assistance where appropriate. Read on for details.

The Points Based System (PBS)

Splash Damage has successfully been granted an "A" rating as a licensed sponsor under the UK Border Agency (UKBA) new Points Based System (PBS).

The PBS allows us to employ highly skilled migrants from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and issue successful applicants a certificate of sponsorship, which then enables them to get a work visa in the UK.

Work Permits

Candidates that are not citizens of the United Kingdom or a country that's part of the European Economic Area require a Work Permit in order to be able to work in the UK. We use a highly qualified and experienced solicitor to obtain these permits for all qualified candidates and will assist from beginning to end in any application.

One of the most popular UK immigration categories is the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme - now known as Tier 1 under the new points-based system. It is designed for high achievers (in any field) and young professionals with good potential.

Tier 1 is a practical alternative for both employer and employee, and candidates do not need a prior job offer in order to have their application considered by the Home Office's points scheme.

Relocation Assistance

Relocation packages are offered to successful candidates living beyond a 200 mile radius. Relocation compensation can include flights, storage, and removal costs. Our experience and empathy in helping people on the move, with all the inherent stress and hassle, makes the whole process so much easier for you to manage.

Getting a Bank Account

If you're an international applicant, you will need a UK bank account. The majority of Banks and Building Societies in the UK offer a passport account, which enables you to open an account with your passport and confirmation of employment and salary (which we provide). Once you can produce around 6 months worth of utility bills or the banks have proof of your regular earnings, you will be able to upgrade to a standard account.

Pick your career!

We are always looking for exceptional talent to join our team. If you think you have what it takes, please get in touch.
