  Every full-time member of staff is allowed 1.66 holiday days per 160 hours worked, which works out to 20 days per year, plus England's 8 bank holiday days.

• Flexible working hours
  Thanks to flexitime, you can choose when you come and when you go home, provided you're present during core office hours (10 AM to 5:30 PM) and work the required amount of hours every month. Any overtime worked can be converted into up to 1 full holiday day per month.
