Splash Damage partners with POC In Play
July 14, 2021
We’re excited to announce our latest D&I partnership with POC In Play: an independent organisation creating a range of initiatives and programme of events designed to increase the visibility and representation of People of Colour in the video games industry.
If you saw our last announcement about our partnership with Out Making Games, you’ll know that Splash Damage is committed to supporting existing industry initiatives that are helping support marginalised people and improve the industry for everyone.
We’ve joined forces with six organisations already this year: Code Coven, PixAll, Industry Gayming, Queer in Games and, of course, Out Making Games; but we’re not stopping there.
VP of People at Splash, Steve Hessel, said:
“Initiatives like POC In Play are so important for our industry right now. The work that Adam, Chella and the rest of the team have done is exemplary, and they’ve opened doors for many underrepresented people. We’re thrilled to be able to support them on their mission.”
